Just ran and my friend Ali came.
Then we did a muscle workout focusing on the legs. The rest of my roommates joined us and soon enough 4 people were in my room and hallway next to it doing the workout blasting music from my speakers.
It was empowering..haha.
WOOO.
So excited for this month to push myself and keep going with this.

IVE STARTED THESE!
Doing them everyday after my 5 mile run. This is only day 2, but I hope I stick to it for the two weeks I have left before I go away to college.

So freaking true! I haven’t workout for over a week and I was feeling terrible, I was constantly irritated and in a bad mood and I felt horrible about my body. Today I went to the gym and I feel wonderful: happy, relaxed, motivated and good about my body!
